ReplyDeleteIt has been rightly said that 'looks are deceptive' because very few people know that behind those sturdy looks lies a person with great heart!! i will always miss our visit to the Chawlas on our chicken eating spree:), our laughing out on small jokes together, leg pulling etc.Shared all kinds of grievances and happiness wid you and everytime u had been there for your friends!!will miss ya loads!! :)

now see how u have changed in these 4 years
well in first year ...he used to collect oll the notes himself nd get them xeroxed for himself
second year......he asks me to collect ol those notes nd used to get xeroxed for himself
third year...."ehh ehh notes main photocopy kra chukya... baaki ehh notes mere lai v xerox kraadin please"
now finally 4th year("tu notes fotostat kraan jaegi naa....mere vaaste v kraali....main baad ch lelanga...")

well about this guy i can say a very stable and a mature guy.......he doesnt let people come into his lyf so easily but if he let someone enter into his friends list once then he knows how to mantain it.......
ohh yeah hes a complete bike freak....he luvs his bullet lyk anything

ReplyDeletetruly fun to b with..i kno him since 1st yr n just can say k jaisa yeh dikhta waisa hai nai, very soft at heart n a true frnd..i came to kno him much better during our minor n major projects THOUGH V BOTH HARDLY WORKED FOR IT, but atleast nanhi ko bahut tang kiya hai dono ne milke..
aashkiyan v khul k maarda hai n padhda v rajj k hai eh banda..but truly 1 of few ppl i wont forget from my clg life..

Mand, as everyone calls him..
ReplyDeleteWhen I first met him, I thought he was the biggest flirt around. But when you get to know him better, you'll know that he is a very observant a very caring person. Trust me, he can very easily read between the lines! That's one thing that I liked about him - his observation. He's also someone who can get his job done very easily. I remember we literally used to rub our nose on the ground pleading to the teacher to increase 1-2 marks in our answer paper and he used to get his score increased by 10-15 marks with utmost ease!! Sigh.. I hope I had that skill!
His determination and passion for MBA was something to go by and although he has been in trouble a couple of times for being caught solving Bullseye problems in-between the lectures, his focus was inspiring.
I also remember how I used to play match-maker for him pointing out the most beautiful girls in the batch. :D Good ol' days.(1st year)
Although later on, we moved in our own groups, yours being the Mand family and mine being the Gang of girlz, the time spent with the Mand family would be remembered.. :)
I hope you achieve all your goals in life and I wish you the very best for your future.

aur veere...kiddan?? he is like the punjabi puttar of our class...frank, funny and true at heart..that sums up aashish for me! i still remember his counselling incident( the one he often narrates! lol) and the laughs we had ovr it! a hard core movie buff and has a great collection as well! sm ppl may have a problem with his attitude but i feel it's their loss that they miss out on his slapstick humor!! have a great life ahead! :)

Aashish and I have had very few interactions but I recall that he used to hum several panjabi songs which I was new to...
ReplyDeleteAs every one says he does seem to be a hard core panjabi..I totally agree!! At a point of time I thought the only language he knew was panjabi... :)
Well I dont know whether you remember but we used to fight a little bit when it came down to bunking... ;)
He has a unique personality and I have not met a person like him.

ReplyDeleteHe is my 'underwear friend'(langotiya yaar) as i can say that and you all people know it.... Rite from the first year to last he was and is and will be with me in all the ups and downs of my life..:-))
I usually call him by the name of "mand veera".. and that is what he loves to hear from all of us...
Did everything together and hope so would be continuing the same in the future...;-)
He is a great guy and helps me a lot and always treat like his younger brother...
He is the one who helps me in the exam time (both inside and outside the examination hall)... And 22g thanks a lot for your efforts made in helping me in telling me all the answers which i didnt knew in exams......;-p
As far as i think a person cant find such a good friend.... khodne se bhi nahi milega... and I feel a whole lucky to have a friend like you...:-O
