ReplyDeletemoni... she is a darling! i really can't fetch words to describe her superb nature! she is my best pal since my first year and every year our friendship has grown stronger!she is one person i can rely on for almost everything! she is a very sweet gal who can never think of hurting any of her friend! i can never forget our hanging out together in and outside college, our shopping together, night spends at my place, sharing every little secret... all this makes me more nostalgic and sad because i will really miss her after we passout! love you loads moni!! will really really miss ya!:)

ReplyDeleteEver since I have met this girl, she has never failed in driving me crazy… It starts at 8 a.m. in the morning and ends, well never…. From her eternal inability in understanding my problems to her stupendous guess work, she has everything needed to be the lead in the “Dumb and Dumber” sequel….In first year, all my efforts were concentrated in talking to her not because she does not talk but because it is difficult to get her to shut up….Not to mention the spirit with which she repeats the same story over and over (at least 50 times) and then the way she gets angry when she is informed of her iterative narration…
ReplyDeleteI think her trademark sad, confused and longing expression that she gives when she knows she has done something wrong and knows that she will soon be scolded for it, deserves a special mention….Believe me she has the potential of featuring in “Planets Funniest Animals” with that expression of hers… This is just one of her moods….Probably the most that I will remember is when she is angry! God! Scares the hell out of me….Seriously, get your rings changed Mon…They expired long back….
Ok the list of my unfortunate encounters with her will never end…Probably now I will manage a line or two saying something good about her (Haha! You wish!)… She is the one reason, I enjoyed college and hostel life as much as I did…Our having tea together in the evening is probably the happiest hour of my day…. The time after dinner when we don’t even know why we are sitting together and yet none of us wants to separate (its probably laziness not the enjoyment though! )…And the best of all, when I am not well and she tries to take care of me….Although next day she falls sick (of probably the exhaustion of taking care! huh) and then does not get up from her bed for almost an entire week…
The time I spend with her talking, laughing or discussing some deep psychology (we are both insane emotionally) cannot be described….All I know is that I am happy when we are together and in future when we won’t be it will bring tears in my eyes… What stupidity! Obviously, I will call her….Waise bhi kanjoos to hai hi…Bill to mera hi badhh wayegi…So, I guess that would be enough for one night (obviously now when she will read it, she will demand an explanation for everything)….Will not miss her at all….She is going to stay with me forever!!!

The first thing about her that comes to my mind is ‘sharif’! Nihayati sharif ladki hai…..naaa .. thi ye!! But humne mil kar bigad diya!(huhahahaha) . I couldn’t believe her wen I got to know that she never had any crushes!! But now she has improved a lot… ab to hume ladke dikhati hai… lolzz.

Can’t forget the night wen we slept at 5 in d morning n talked n talked n talked!! Got to know u better that day.. ye bhi pata chala ki ladki thodi slow hai!! Chalo koi to mila mujhe competition dene wala ;)

monika! a very nice n sweet friend. always ready to help. one thing i will have to admit is that i wudn't have been able to get through the practicals without her help. have teased her a lot, n i know she did njoy it. that's what friendship is all about. best of luck for ur life ahead!

monu you are a blessed soul, lucky hai tu, infact bahut lucky, mere jaisa bhai kismat se hi milta hai;) mana thoda nalayak hun par fir bhi better than the best hun.... ab yahan teri tareef karni padegi, mushkil hai par aasan kaam to karte hi nahi hum... bahut caring hai monu, bahut is an understatement here... simple n sweet... kabhi kabhi bilkul bachon ki tarah bolti hai(bahaut cute lagta hai), infact bachi hi hai... mature act karne ki koshish karti hai:) pyaari hai, meri choti si behna... isse pareshan karne mein jo mazaa aata hai bayan nahi kiya ja sakta... log kehte hain ki impossible is nothing but trust me monu ko convince karna is close to impossible(if not impossible).... love her stubbornness too.... take care yar... main agar gayab bhi ho gaya to bhi tujhe kabhi bhul nahi paunga....
ReplyDeleteI hardly had any interaction with her till the 5th sem .The only thing i knew for sure was that she was studious ;as she was one of the member of the scholarly trio of rollno 38,39,40.
