As the leaves of time fly past me, I slowly realize that the best part of my life is over. Feelings sink in that yes, four years have passed by and I have become an engineer (wow..really?!). I can still recall each day at UIET with such ease, the day I got admission, the day I attended the first class, the first friends, the first bunk, the first viva, the first exam,...and whoa! the list is endless. The best part about the life at UIET was that it seems a matter of days, rather than years, when you think about the fun and frolic and how quickly and suddenly, time passed by, however when you think about some of the learnings it gave you, it seems more than a lifetime. UIET saw most of us maturing in our very own way and enriching our lives. The biggest regret that I have now, at the time when I’m leaving UIET is that I missed out interacting with some people. At the same time I am very happy at having made friends with so many people and sharing the most memorable moments of my life with them. I wish I could re-live college now knowing that these 4 years are only for being irresponsible, for missing classes, for hanging out with friends, for making new friends, for giving an exam with absolutely no idea of the subject, for spending the money you don’t have, for making blunders, for drinking till sunrise, for sleeping till sunset, for fighting, for crying, for laughing, for a journey, the most memorable journey of our lives. Because as someone said... 'the work never ends, but college ends’ and sadly college is ending for us. Many of us probably won’t see each other ever again. So, I wish all the best to everyone and wish each one of you get all that you desire in life. Also, I would like to apologize to the ones with whom I couldn’t get along well with. No hard feelings, probably we were just stupid, I wish you all the best too.

I never thought that I would say this, but yes I will miss UIET. Let’s all make the last few weeks at UIET memorable for everyone.
