ReplyDeleteA great cricket fan...whoz alwayz ready 2 do ol d funky things..She s a mature gal...very caring...She s such a sweetheart... very caring ...She has always been dere to help me ...I cherish dose days which v had spent in CIL , sitting in d corridors...fightin for the best seat and at the same tym helpin each other..I remember d day wen u wer helpin me learn dose words...I can recall ol dat conversation :)
most latest was d 800M race in which v wer walkin 4 more dan haf of d race ...n decidin wen v ll start runnin...hahhaha....I ll miss all dose sweet moments dat v hav had...I ll miss u..

Ankita and I started interacting with each other during the practicals, at that time she found me queer and possibly annoying…our friendship since then has blossomed…we are indeed very close friends now…I know she is one person I will miss the most and I warn you ankita behl that I will kill u if u don’t stay in touch with me….
ReplyDeleteStarting with GOGO practicals…who scared her soooo much that she literally trembled…my jokes which initially made little sense to her now make her laugh like a maniac..Every viva we gave together always confused and lost in our own world literally wondering what to say…in fact each viva we gave separately mostly turned into a bigger disaster…
Every time she got less marks she would cry but now like all of us she also wants to get just that 16 / 40 and move on…you have changed a lot and for the good!!
We started hanging out a lot more than ever before , spoke for hours together on the phone about anything and everything…mostly random stuff but some time really serious talk!!
There was one such day when Ankita and I were sitting outside the Photostat shop in 14 and talking about where life is taking us and also hoping that a meteorite falls upon Earth at that very moment but for very different reasons!!
She has been an amazing friend , sweet and caring , hard working and strong!!
Akanksha and I have played quite a few pranks on her and infact we tease her on a regular basis…which is lots of fun!!!
Madam ankita has finally become gregarious and has come out of her little enclosed shell…confident…smart…and intelligent!
I know she will do really well in life , she will achieve her goal and then finally treat me in TAJ someday
I wish I could write a book on all our madness but sadly this is a blog and I could only write a gist of it…
So always be happy, will miss u a lot and ENJOY!!!
Ankita's the first person I talked to in college, it's another matter altogether that we met in the orientation of another department!(DCET, for those interested..)
ReplyDeleteShe and I share many traits, including our generally asocial nature and our pathological laziness! Unlike me however, she is a procrastinator, which is the root cause of many of our clashes, as I would like to get over with the unpleasant tasks of life as quickly as possible while her philosophy is "Why do today what you can postpone till the last moment?" :)
Okay, now that I've gotten all the not-so-nice stuff out of the way :), I can tell you how great a friend she is to have and how deeply she values each of her relationships. She is also very headstrong and confident and despite what she may say or believe, she can come out of any crisis with her head held high!
She can be very entertaining too, especially when she hasn't gotten enough sleep-- seriously, it's like she's high!:)She also has a fascination with songs containing the words 'kutta' and 'billi', all of them of course written and composed by her! :) And oh, she's also known as 'khoon se sani ungli' but that's a story for another day! :) (Arushi's right, we're gonna have to write a book to document all our madness!)
Chal I guess I shall end my ramblings now and take this opportunity to tell you I will miss you so so much! :)

she is bit reserved.. doesn't open up with everyone easily..
she has been a victim of my so called PJ's many times..:-)
she is very lively person..its great fun to be around her...
and i am really lucky to have a friend like u... during practicals we all together have enjoyed a lot...bahut khap payi hai ..

ReplyDeleteI have known her since school time and we have been great friends back then and I continue to share the same and a much stronger bond with her now….
The only way to connect with Ankita when she is not in college is to call her on her landline no. because its her phone which is least close to her….she is completely disconnected from it when she is at home….
We can talk hours and hours on phone irrespective of time and those talks need not make sense….She is a great listener when she is not in a mood to talk…:)
She has been really supportive and a good motivator….she can motivate you with her philosophical thoughts .She sees life in a practical manner which is very unlikely me :)
Initially she used to say that whenever you want to ask a favor from God u need to specify all the possible details because God can befool you by granting your wish and not satisfying you :)
But now she says that we should not ask anything from God he’ll give whatever we deserve and whenever we deserve it. Also anything that happens good or bad is destined!
I have had maximum number of fights with her and its me who patches up every time irrespective of whose at fault and she agrees to that :)
She loves Indian food esp. chicken tikka butter masala and she is really choosy when it comes on trying something new in case of food…you can see the expressions on her face at that time.
I need to mention nict and our initial passion for coding and the urge to get in an IT company and now we can see the difference! Those times at nict with Neha (ma’am) were fun initially but then became a burden which forced us to leave those courses and now we don’t care about them anymore:)
Initially she used to be a part of Arushi and my funny jokes and she used to laugh at them but now she has joined Avneet’s league of ignoring our masterpieces. huh!
She is a must watch when she is in sleep mode…hahaha…..she gets high on air and water and is very entertaining .We (Arushi,Avneet and I) enjoy those moments...:)
We all had a great time when we had our first night stay at her place and it was for the first time and I think the last that we made an instantaneous plan and we successfully implemented it :)
She is an ambitious girl and wanted to get in a good MBA college and now she is going to SCMHRD and we finally part :(
I willl miss u very much

the girl with beautiful eyes…my lab partner since 1st sem…she is very helpful, simple, intelligent, ambitious, and diligent…her files were always ready on time…n that’s important for me…

One of my earliest memories of ankita date back to sem2 when eee used to play cricket near the old UIET building....i was amazed at how strong her throw was..she could give guys a run for their money:-)
