She s a cute gal who always has a smile on her face! I like her jolly nature !Wen I got a chance 2 do my training at IIT under her dad..Her dad invited us 4 d lunch...i.e me n Arushi Kukreja...I cud feel the warmth ...Her mom s so sweet..I just love her..She made me feel as if I was at my own house...

i will not say that we are best of the best friends... but there is a really special cute bond between us..
i remember the times when i am not feeling good about one or the other thing.. she is there to make me smile and feel good...

Arushi is one of the first people I talked to in UIET. I'd got admission in the class in the third counselling and was feeling quite lost in my first class (communication skills!:)) when she initiated a friendly conversation and made me feel immediately at home. I'm pretty sure she doesn't even remember this but I've always wanted to thank her for it,and I guess this is my chance! :)
ReplyDeleteOf course, we've come a long way since that day, and today she's one of my closest friends, randomness being our shared passion!(Ok,hers more than mine..:)) I've probably talked to her on the phone more than anybody else, and our sms poems are the stuff of legend!! :) She's got a thousand whims and fancies, and the quirkiest ideas you'll ever hear! She's got a heart of gold,though, and will go to great lengths for her friends..
She's generally a happy person, and is given to cracking the lamest jokes and laughing at them herself! :) In fact, she and Akanksha always gang up and torture me with one PJ after the other!! Her stories about people she meets on the train, however, are entertaining as hell!:)
Another one of our shared passions is food-- we're almost always hungry, and will eat nearly anything! :) Lucky for her,it doesn't show(regardless of how much flab she says she's accumulated!).. Mine, however is a different story.. :)
I think I'm gonna have to end it here, and say I feel truly blessed to have you as a friend and will miss you very much.

She was the first person I met in college after Ankita (obviously) and it was a very formal meet and at that time I never thought that we would turn out to be such great friends.
She is a pretty girl with a golden heart…sorry diamond heart…hahaha (Had to mention one). I need to mention her fear for holi as she almost saved herself from falling in the pit and then came a 3 words from her mouth ”COME WITH ME” .which was hilarious…The entire scene flashes in front of me and I can’t stop laughing at it till date
She is really passionate for non-veg and aalus and one day she said something strange that she was not in a mood to eat chicken :o. She loves Maggie too n we enjoy cooking it together with all the possible ingredients in it and it happens only at Ankitas place.She has asked me to cook chicken severl ties but it hasn’t happen yet...I hope it happens soon
And our most random conversations on phone ….we have discussed almost everything and everyone…lol. Our most interesting phone talks happen during exams which start with discussing avneet’s speed of finishing syllabus ...She is really cool about everything whether its marks or her future…Her motto of life is ”Live and Let Live” and I really appreciate her for this….
It was you who inspired me to click weirdest pics and now we both irritate Ankita and Avneet with our random photography…haha
I remember the day at DT when everybody was asking me to come to their place and you turned up saying” tu mere lgs aaja…tu kabhie nhi aayi waha.:) It was really sweet of you…
Ah!You cant imagine Arushi without her phone...When shes on phone then she is completely disconnected from people around her as if they don’t exist….She loves messaging and again they are very random….Our conversations in class take place either on phone or on bits of paper…
She loves writing or drawing random stuff on my register and she says
“I am trying to beautify it and it will be interesting for you when you go through these notes later” Will miss you a lot…
You are really a sweetheart and remain the way you are and I need not say that keep in touch because WE WILL else!!!
I hope someone gifts you CRV or you buy one yourself…

Well.. she might seem a bit complicated at first, but as you get to know her, she is very clear on what she has to do.. pretty straight forward..Enjoys life to its fullest.. and is a PARTY FREAK!
AR ke fav. bhi hai... pata nai kitne sare docs attest kara liye.. that too in one day.. :O from UIET.... seriously.. hats off to the effort and the persuasion.. {Docs for application to US univs) We both are not keen on studing any further in INDIA.. well.. but she doesn't has any plan to come back..
Still wondering Y u don't want to come back to INDIA after the edu.. Hope convince u one day.. that life is better in INDIA... :P

ReplyDeleteProbably is the prettiest girl in our class you cant miss arushi when she enters the class. Quite chill and happy with life arushi is pretty cool to hang out with. She was one of the first friends I had in our class. Arushi may deceive you to be very innocent but shes more smart than u think she is.

ReplyDeleteNow, time to spill out some random facts for the girl who is randomness personified!
1. If you wanna rob her, do that when she's on the phone. She couldn't care less about being robbed at that point of time.
2. If you see Arushi and Akanksha coming from afar, that's you cue to run in the opposite direction for dear life! You don't wanna be flooded with crap (also referred to as jokes) from them.
3. She will never accept that she's cracked a pj, if she does however accept it, she'll be really proud of it, unlike me who apologises for her pjs.
4. 'Moving on' is a phrase that can be heard much often after a pj "slips" out of her mouth.
5. She is a chicken lover, a maggi fan and can't resist a hippo packet.
6. She thinks she's fat and will always point towards her flab(if you don't agree with her) with a lotta pride!
7. An sms freak, she can send you the most random poems, one-liners and songs through smses and she's really good at it! Her creativity shines through such madness!
8. A fan of "photography". She's captured moments that one will always regret in life for being at the wrong place at the wrong time.
9. She avoids controversies at all costs and can never bear two friends fighting, that is the most irritating thing for her in the world!
10. CRV lover!
11. Nowadays, if you've to find Arushi and me, you can spot us 'under her umbrella' saving ourselves from the harsh rays of the sun burning holes in our skin or so we believe.
12. We can kill each other for oregano seasoning!
I do remember the time that we were sitting in my car in front of the photostat shop in 14 and wishing that the catastrophe that is supposed to take place in 2012 to happen a few years earlier to save us from the miseries of the future. We discussed possible ways in which the world could or rather should end and making a meteorite to fall on Earth and erase mankind altogether was one of them!
We have chatted for HOURS on the phone at times about anything and everything. I remember that once we chatted through the night. That was a memorable experience, especially since none of us is Akanksha.. :D
She is very intelligent, smart, bold, confident, loyal, caring, strong, a great advice-giver, hardworking and focussed, not much of a procrastinator although she might not admit to it.
She's a great friend, a confidant, my lab partner, my lucky charm, my time-planner, a spirit-booster and my constant source of inspiration in life!
My life would've not been so much fun without you. Thanks for everything Arushi.
Spend all the happiness around.. The world needs it! Be happy and random. :) Saying I'll miss you a lot is an understatement!

Arushi meri jaan..
ReplyDeleteI first met Arushi or rather saw Arushi in the communication skills class and my first impression about her was that she must be the cool and arrogant kinds. Little did I know back then, that this is the girl who'll be one of the most significant people in my life.
Fast forward a few days and Arushi and I become lab partners. Practicals at first were a torture with the deadly combo of Arushi and Awantika around. It was a torture chamber that I felt I was trapped in. But as time progressed, I got used to Arushi's jokes, her "photography skills" and her randomness.
In second semester, disaster happened! We got Gogo and his pracs were a horrifying experience for me! I also remember that if it was not for Arushi and her "tech-savvy" skills(remember your random button pressing that made our graph on the CRO), we couldn't have ever performed the hysteresis loop experiment and would've been chewed alive by Gogo.
Second year, we became better friends. By now, Arushi had become my support system in our practicals. Although she wasn't much help when it came to performing experiments, her presence made all the difference. By now, Arushi's witty one-liners used to make me laugh like a maniac.
Third year, Arushi finally became a part of the gang and we've been inseparable pals since then. She's one of the closest friends I have and I don't think I want to even think about a life without my gang and Arushi as my lab partner. But C'est la vie.. life moves on. But I'll never forget you and shall always stay in touch with you and if I become rich enough one day, I'll gift you a CRV, don't worry! :)
Anyway, that was four years of my college life with Arushi. Now, a little in general...
Arushi had a great sense of humour until she met Akanksha. Jab they met.. Avneet and my life was ruined! Their pjs can drive anyone crazy. At first Akanksha's madness was a little limited but thanks to Arushi, who SOMEHOW finds Akanksha's jokes funny (o_O), their madness has increased to the point of an epidemic!
But pjs aside, Arushi is one girl from whom you can learn a lot. Her brain works really fast man! If you have any problem in life, go to Arushi and she'll solve it in a jiffy. Arushi has a very beautiful soul and she's very caring but she doesn't show this side of hers to many people. It's just a few chosen ones and I'm one of the few lucky ones. For everybody else, Arushi is a fun-loving, happy-go-lucky,smart and a very cool gal to hang around with. But for me, she's a very caring, thoughtful, intelligent and a very loyal and a genuine friend with whom I can share all my secrets and can trust her blindly.
Arushi is very beautiful from the outside but trust me, she's much prettier on the inside and no, I'm not talking about her intestines Akanksha!

most prettiest girl of our class… first girl with whom I had my first interaction in UIET during workshop…
ReplyDeleteshe is my lab partner since starting…her funny attitude used to kill the boredom of our practical…not indulging in the complex equations or theories, she always likes to make connections of circuits…she cheered most at the completion of practical in our group…
The funny side of her for me was that during viva she always requested me not to answer the questions but only god and I know that I did not have any of those answers…she is different from as she seems to be on the first meet…

Hmm... probably one of the few people I talked to first when I came to college. I still remember the chemistry pracs where we partnered together …had a lot of fun back then…. you and Avantika driving Anand’s cycle together is an unforgettable memory:-)
