I have been friends with this gurl since i came to EEE,she was the one who taught me till late nite for that mechanical sessional...nd best part is i managed to pass that......she is a sweetheart......a lil kid at heart.... i call her "Chintamani":):)

We didn’t talk much in first year.. infact we got along well in the last sem!! But she is fun to be wid.. I had wrong perceptions about her that she’s very studious n all n I hated her wen she refused to bunk classes! However she turned out to be a total mastimaar…. Can’t forget the way we used to cheat in sessionals( class k ek end se doosre end tak) and wah wah thing!! It was simply fun… n d best part is watching her fighting wid abhilasha!! U r an awesome person n m glad we became frnds!:)

She has the most unpredictable nature, and you never quite know when she's going to burst out laughing at some random PJ that you yourself were quite ashamed of :) or snub you when you give her the most enthusiastic greeting ever!! :) Her moods are transient, though, but her loyalty is permanent! She is a great friend that you can share the most trivial of problems with, without worrying about her dismissing them off hand.. Because with Saloni, small things mean a lot, and so can she the humour in the most insignificant of things, and laugh so hard, that most of us have no choice but to follow suit! :) Oh, one thing that she expressly forbade me to mention (and therefore I must! :)) is that she really enjoyed a movie called 'Good Boy Bad Boy' starring Emraan Hashmi and Tushar Kapoor! :)

i really enjoy teasing her.. because of the expressions she give... she has unique style...
i remember when ever we wish to bunk lectures... how difficult it was to convince you for the bunk initially.. but now she is all time ready for bunk...

We have had great fun together bunking classes in 2nd sem and then walking to Stuc from the old UIET building in sec14 to drink frappe....haha...those were good old times..
n I'll miss them...
Amongst the recent activities was the esteem ride on her birthday...the car was a masterpiece...hahaha
I have to mention her laugh..there might be incidents which I might not have found funny but her laugh makes those moments laughable:)

ReplyDeleteShe's a sweetheart, really! Her cute and innocent child-like smile can melt the toughest of souls. She was the first friend I had made in UIET. I remember the CIL days, her favourite spot, (yes, the term was originally coined by me whose inspiration was Saloni and later on the term was modified to FR.) our seat fights, our lunch together in the CIL corridors, your fights with Aloka, our scooty trips to UIET 14 from the CIL building.. ;)
It was one helluva journey, my life with her. Her notes can be really hilarious, the shortforms used in her register can make you crazy if you're doing end-moment preparation from her notes and her quoting the teacher as it is in hindi in her notes can make you roll on the floor laughing for hours.
The model of our class, she made me really proud of her when she walked the ramp with utmost grace in first year's freshers.
She can be a dare devil at times and fills in my adventurous side. Our 800m race recently on sports day being one of the most adventurous things we've done. Afterall making a fool outta yourself in front of so many people is not easy. Well! let's just say, I was the one being adventurous because I was the only one who made a fool outta herself, she managed to grab the third place in it. :)
She can be really funny at times and is a great company to hangout with. The saddest part in these 4 yrs was her being in G3 and all of us being in G1. We missed her company during the practicals.
She can be very "un - worldlywise" when it comes to ridiculing someone's attire, not on their face though, but it becomes really obvious coming from Saloni. Remember a certain teacher's shoes Sal.. ;):D:p
Oh and I almost forgot to mention, when Saloni realised that people are going to give her the 'Chintamani' title, poor girl, she tried to fake a couldn't-care-less attitude but.......... :p
She's been a great buddy and I will always miss your sweet, innocent and chirpy ways..
I'll miss you a lot.. Love you loads..

ReplyDeletesaloni..my closest friend in these 4 yrs.we,ve been together right from the time i belonged to a group of outcastes called '4th counselling'.
she is one person who knows me a lot better than so many others.We've had our share of arguments and disagreements.But we've always managed to sort those out in time..
she is an absolute kid at heart..and i so agree with others on this 'chintamani' title for her.We might be as different as chalk and cheese,but we do understand each other pretty well.
i wish you the best of everything yaar..Do well in life..and it goes without saying that you ought to keep in touch..else!haha

She is so childish and earlier she used to be very enthusiastic to attend lectures but now she is always ready to BUNK .. bas poochne ki der hai... lolz
We all used to do practicals together but now... We dont...attend the practicals only... :-P
She is very helpful and polite.. helped in learning wireless communication's viva.. she is an amazing person ...

classes bhi lagani hai. Time pe files bhi bnani hai. Aur masti bhi karni hai. She has a lively smile and is very helping. She has been a good friend to me since i entered uiet. She is a responsible person and a caring friend. Whenever i ask her any topic that i dont understand she will always explain it to me. I would like to wish her all the best for her future. May she achieve whatever she aims for :)
